The goal of the training:

Acquisition and improvement of knowledge and skills of nonviolent communication which achieve a better understanding and cooperation between the interlocutors.

General information:

Training provides all the necessary information on the model of successful business communication which enables proper expression of feelings and needs, listening to and understanding of others and thus contributes to the improvement of interpersonal relationships.

Duration of training: The training lasts for 8 hours.
For best results, participants should be from the same company, and the number of participants should not exceed 15. Can be run as internal training or group training with participants from different companies.

  • Paraphrasing and asking questions,

  • Sandwich technique,
