Commercial Leader Sarajevo

Responsibility:

  • Defining the strategic action plan,
  • delivering top line and bottom line of company in B&H in accordance with regional and global targets,
  • defining and monitoring the realization of the commercial sales, marketing, education and business strategies,
  • managing the sales and operations process of the Company, especially sales, education, marketing, warehouse, logistics and finance,
  • maintaining and developing relationships with key customers across all relevant sales channels,
  • executing regional and local human resources strategy (especially employee rewards),
  • ensuring conditions which ensure a safe and successful performance of work activities for the employees,
  • efficient functioning of the Company as a whole and respecting laws and regulations of  Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of which it operates and are directly applied, international regulations and rules of profession,
  • manages the company reputation (company positioning in the professional and general public),
  • monitors trends and continually perfects himself in his field of work,
  • performs daily activities in accordance to rules and standards of the profession as well as other activities and tasks with regards to the requirements of the work process,
  • timely and accurate completion of month end and year closing P&L's/Balance sheets in line with head office expectations,
  • local stewardship & implementation of standard operating procedures inline with KPMG best practice guidelines,
  • respecting all laws and regulations, on the basis of which he operates and directly applies, international regulations and rules of profession, and preventing capital outflow due to the Company’’s financial responsibility,
  • grows capability of self and others,
  • providing financial support to commercial team to ensure strong external focus,
  • implementation, regular review and tracking of Supply chain KPI’ s.

Basic job description:

  • Implementation of global, regional and local strategies with the intent of delivering business and organisational key performance goals,
  • timely and accurate preparation of the commercial strategy of Company in accordance to regional and global OGSM,
  • establishes business strategy according to available resources and market trends,
  • leads the development and execution of the annual sales and activity master plan,
  • leads team in delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual business goals,
  • effective monitoring of strategic plan and adopts necessary corrective measures in a timely manner,
  • by ensuring and developing contacts in the business and social scene relevant to the company's business by professional advice and support,
  • leads annual negotiations with key retail buyers & regularly attends key business meetings,
  • establishes strong relationship with Top 10 Professional customers and leads implementation of Ambassador program,
  • manages a team of immediate subordinate employees, monitors their work and adopts decisions in order to solve all current problems as efficiently as possible,
  • regularly holds weekly meetings with immediate subordinates to monitor effective progress of agreed action plans and business goals,
  • adopts internal legal acts in accordance with legal regulations,
  • represents the Company  before other legal entities, government institutions, the public , etc.

Professional qualification:

  • University degree, Marketing, Business,
  • work experience: Min. 5 years in Marketing, Commercial Leader roles.

Basic knowledge:

  • Fluent in English language,
  • excellent Computer skills,
  • knowledge of Company's business processes and products,
  • knowledge and understanding of accounting, finance, commerce, taxation, legislation, accounting and labor regulations,
  • understanding the functioning of all sales channels & supply chain,
  • driving licence – B category.

Company offers:

  • 3000 KM gross + 0.5% of the total turnover (excluding VAT) in the payroll month – only if the target for that month is reached,
  • official car to use.
